Kathryn K. Backstrom was a student of Frank Klepper and Frank Reaugh.
A Dallas resident she exhibited with the Frank Klepper Sketch Club and
the Frank Reaugh Art
Club in the 1940s and 1950s. A versatile artist she excelled as a
landscape artist and produced numerous floral paintings.
