Emily Rutland (1890-1993)

Emily Schwarz Rutland studied with Xavier Gonzales in San Antonio in 1928 and later with Cyril Kay-Scott in Taos. She spent most of her life on a Robstown farm and was to become one of Texas’ finest printmakers.
